WEDDING TERMS & CONDTIONS
Final Payment is due by bank transfer, no later than two days prior to your wedding day. This payment is non refundable if cancelled within 48 hours by bride.
Booking deposit is non refundable . This must be paid at the time of booking, by bank
transfer to save your date, this will then be deducted from your final payment. The deposit covers all administration fees and secures the wedding booking.
The final outstanding balance is due 7 days before the wedding day, by bank
transfer. If your remaining balance is not paid by the evening off, Emily Rose Hair
remains the right to contact you, and potentially cancel our whole booking.
Emily Rose Hair reserves the right to withdraw from a wedding booking, should they
feel the partnership with the bride or any member of the bridal party is not suited in
any way.
In the event of being unable to fulfil the wedding day booking, through accident or
sickness, Emily Rose Hair will do everything possible to find you a replacement
bridal hairstylist will be fully refunded. (Excluding any trial or deposit payments)
All prices are subject to change regarding location. No extra charge will be made unless the radius exceeds more than 10 miles from area code TN22 3PX .
Emily Rose Hair reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions should it be
needed.
To comply with GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation:
Personal data may be collected in the form of email address, mobile and landline
numbers, home address and photographs.
This information is only collected for the use of Emily Rose Hair to carry out their
business to a professional standard . Email address and phone number will be used
to communicate with clients regarding a booking. Personal address may be used on
the wedding day for directions to a venue only.
Photographs taken by Emily Rose Hair or professional photographer, may be used
on Emily Rose Hair’s social media platforms and website, but will not be used
without the client’s consent.
Personal information will not be passed on without the client’s consent.
Personal information is stored on computer and mobile devices and is used only by
Emily Rose Hair , all with secure pin codes. Any paper documents are also kept
safe. This also includes clients contacts & colour notes, great lengths hair extensions
client forms.
Personal data will be deleted with immediate effect by request

I kindly ask, that if you need to reschedule or cancel our appointment this is done 48 hours prior. This will avoid a 50 % cancellation, ' no show' fee.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and no earlier then 10 minutes. this enables me to be fully prepared for our booking.
All colour services require a skin test & consultation at least 48 hours before our appointment
