Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so within at least 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge of your service this includes any clients that fail to arrive for there scheduled appointment. 100% of your appointment will be charged for failing to arrive for our appointment on the day.
Please arrive on time, any later than 10 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will also include a cancellation fee. I ask that all clients do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to there scheduled appointment..
Deposit
Deposits are only required for Hair extensions and Bridal appointments. A bridal deposit will reserve your booking . Emily Rose Hair has the right to potentially hold a deposit for colour corrections & colour restyles. This will be discussed in a thorough consultation.
Skin testing
All colour services require a skin test and strand test, at least 48 hours before our appointment. No service will be carried out unless this has been done by your stylist.
